About my Study: This study will follow how Diversity Management  discourses are newly shaped within Multinational Big Tech companies in relation to mobilizations based on identity politics. I examine how contemporary struggles for equality that have shaped discourses in the public sphere, intersect with the potential rising ability of minority groups to challenge and reshape DM discourses and practices in global capitalistic organizations.
